Penguard Express is a fast-drying epoxy-based coating that can be applied in high thicknesses. Penguard Express is specifically designed for new construction projects and can be used as a primer, midcoat, finish coat, or as a single coat system in atmospheric environments. Penguard Express is quick-drying for overcoating and quick-drying for moving/hauling. The temperature range allowed for construction is large, from -5 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius.
Penguard Express CF is suitable for use on well prepared surfaces of carbon steel, aluminium, concrete and galvanized steel. The product can be applied on surfaces with sub-zero temperatures. Penguard Express is approved according to NORSOK System No.1 and is suitable for use in corrosive environments up to C5 – high (specified in ISO12944-2).
