Jotatemp 1000 is a heat-resistant primer with the widest temperature range of resistance on the market. Jotatemp 1000 is a polypolymer paint, designed as a heat-resistant coating, the paint film can withstand low temperatures down to -196°C and high temperatures up to 1000°C continuously of structural surfaces. Jotatemp 1000 is suitable for insulating and non-insulating surfaces and can be used as a primer or finish in atmospheric environments. The product ensures optimal corrosion resistance for carbon steel at normal ambient temperatures throughout construction and shutdown periods. This coating ensures excellent corrosion resistance under insulation at operating temperatures above 250°C. Jotatemp 1000 saves on maintenance costs due to downtime, as it can be applied on surfaces hot up to 250°C, and accepts surface cleaning according to the St2 method. The product cures under normal ambient temperature conditions, which improves anti-corrosion properties and increases abrasion resistance, significantly reducing the need for on-site repairs. Jotatemp 1000 does not chalk when exposed to UV rays thanks to its inorganic-based adhesive formula. The coating meets the evaluation standards for corrosion prevention under the insulation layer.
